Angles is a traditional French village with two markets a week during the summer months. Locals from surrounding villages shopping for their provisions, cheese, wine, pates, salami, chicken, seafood, come to the market. Just five minute walk along the road from the villa are four restaurants, a cafe bar, newsagents, grocery store, pharmacy, post office, two banks, hairdressers, florist and of course the Marie office (the Mayor's office). There is an office of Tourism in the village square which is a great source of information and ideas for days out.
